When my organization needed to re-do a failed effort to roll out a global HRIS, I knew that I needed Polly’s talents.  She brings a hard-to-find blend of talent management, process optimization, and technology skills to whatever project she is working on.  Her depth of consulting experience shines through in her ability to efficiently and effectively work end to end through a wide range of projects, whether complex or simple.  She can be counted on to successfully engage with a broad range of stakeholders, really listen to people to learn what the challenges and opportunities are, and facilitate and guide her constituents through a structured process to reach a successful outcome.  She is humble, energetic and incredibly positive, with a wonderfully diverse “tool kit” - I look forward to doing more work with Polly in the future.
